How do I restore my data?

Progress stores your workouts and programs in iCloud. If you reinstall the app or get a new device, sign in with the same Apple ID and your data will sync automatically. Make sure iCloud is enabled for Progress in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.

What AI service does the app use?

Progress uses Google Gemini AI (via Firebase) to power the AI coach, program generation, and nutrition features. When you use these features, relevant profile and workout data is sent to Google's servers for processing. You can review our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use the app without AI features?

Yes. You can skip AI features during setup or disable them at any time. All core tracking features — logging workouts, creating programs, and viewing history — work entirely on-device.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Progress, and tap Cancel Subscription.
